Role Description The Manager Franchise Operations and Support is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role oversees day-to-day operations of franchise garages, ensuring adherence to Pikpart Smart Garage standards, processes, and service quality benchmarks. The manager coordinates onboarding and training of franchise partners and their teams, monitors performance metrics, and implements operational improvements to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction,



and profitability.

Responsibilities include resolving operational issues, providing ongoing support to franchise partners, aligning garages with central promotions and pricing, and ensuring consistent use of the digital platform and live streaming features. The role works closely with internal departments such as operations, supply chain, and customer support to maintain smooth franchise functioning and support network expansion.

Qualifications

Experience in franchise operations, multi-location service management, or retail network management.

Strong skills in operations management, process implementation, and performance monitoring.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with franchise partners and cross-functional teams.

Competence in using digital platforms, basic data analysis, and reporting tools.

Knowledge of automotive service or aftersales operations (two-wheelers and/or four-wheelers) is highly beneficial.

Proven skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and training skills to guide and support franchise teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and travel to franchise locations as needed.
