Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure Farmer Advisory Services are carried out by the team - Contract Farming, engagement programs with Growers / Farmer to Promote Practices in Organic Agriculture
- Responsible for Sourcing Agriculture Commodities as per Plan and parameters (quality and pricing)
- Responsible for Area Expansion/Farmer membership Expansion of organic cultivation as per targets
- Work with team to develop and ensure execution of State-wise Business Plan to meet KRAs viz., targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, Documentation compliance
- Review Team's Performance on Key Indicators and take steps to meet the Organizations Goals Objectives
