Under Armour is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems with deep expertise in enterprise financial platforms, specifically OneStream, to support and optimize our global financial systems landscape. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, system administration, and data governance across Accounting, FP&A;, and IT. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary functional and administrative resource of the OneStream platform, partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing operations.

This role is critical to maintaining system stability, supporting accurate and timely financial close and reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and SOX requirements. This position will work closely with Finance and Technology teams, to support scalable processes and deliver solutions that enhance business performance and decision-making.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities)

Partner with Accounting, FP&A;, IT, and external vendors to support design, configuration, testing, and deployment of OneStream Coordinate user acceptance training (UAT), defect tracking, and finance readiness for go-live Define and document end-to-end finance processes aligned with SOX controls Manager system operations & optimization Manage day-to-day administration, stability, and performance of OneStream Deliver system enhancements including dashboards, workflows,



and reporting capabilities Enable data governance & integrity Establish governance over financial master data including chart of accounts and metadata Ensure data consistency across ERP and reporting systems Partner cross-functionally and serve as liaison between Finance and IT Support Accounting close and FP&A; planning cycles QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of progressive experience in financial systems, financial consolidation, FP&A;, accounting, or controllership functions.

Hands-on experience with OneStream, including system administration, configuration, support, and/or implementation activities.

Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes, management reporting, transaction matching, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Experience working in a public company environment with knowledge of SOX controls and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A;, and IT.

Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting financial system implementations, enhancements, and integrations, including ERP platforms (SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred).

Experience mentoring, coaching or providing guidance to team members and end users. WORKPLACE LOCATION:

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our (UA India) office.
