Department: Large Corporate Group- Corporate Sector
Experience: 4 to 8 years Job Role: Lead a team of analysts involved in rating of corporate and infrastructure sector entities.
Functional
Skills / Knowledge
- Technical:
o Good understanding of balance sheets, P&L; statements and cash flows. Ability to build future cash flows and assess debt servicing ability o Solid understanding of 2-3 infrastructure sectors like Renewable power, airports, transmission etc. or any other large ticket sectors.
o Ability to understand contractual agreements including financial covenants, clauses and their repercussions
- Client Management / Stakeholder Management:
o Lead the team in meeting preparation covering analysis of past trends and future projections o Undertake in-person meetings with senior management personnel at client side to discuss strategy, business and financial performance
- Writing and Presentation Skills:
o Writing detailed rating reports to explain the rationale behind the rating o Making presentations to Crisil Ratings Rating Committee o Preparation of sector notes o Writing opinion pieces to cover developments / share outlook on various asset classes / sectors
- Regular Portfolio and Sector Monitoring o Monitoring and tracking the financial performance on quarterly basis aside from event-based reviews o Stay updated on the latest market developments and their implications Candidate Profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills primarily focused on managing client communication and report writing
- Ability to get execution of transactions under stringent timelines
- Has relevant experience in managing teams involved in analysis of infrastructure sectors
- Experience in handling CXO conversations at in-person meetings
- Proficient in GenAI prompt writing, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point Education - CA/ MBA (preferred from Premiere / tier 1 College)
