We are looking for an experienced Credit Risk Strategy professional to lead risk strategy, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring for our digital lending products. The role involves working with large datasets, generating actionable insights, and partnering closely with the Business, Product, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage credit policies, underwriting rules, and risk strategies.
- Analyse borrower and portfolio data to identify risk trends, early warning signals, and fraud indicators.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency, roll rates, vintage analysis, and loss metrics.
- Build dashboards and MIS reports for senior management.
- Conduct A/B testing, policy experiments, and impact analyses to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to implement risk logic and decision rules.
- Support regulatory, audit, and compliance-related risk reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
- Experience working with bureau data (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




- Hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Excel; Python/R is a plus
- Experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, or digital lending preferred

Good to Have

- Exposure to risk modeling or scorecards
- Familiarity with digital lending products like personal/unsecured lending
