Yash Realty Group is hiring a Manager – Commercial Leasing for its Hyderabad team.

The role involves working with corporate clients, understanding office space requirements, presenting suitable properties, coordinating site visits, negotiating commercial terms and supporting transactions through closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage corporate office leasing requirements
- Connect with clients, channel partners, developers and property owners
- Understand requirements and shortlist suitable office options
- Coordinate meetings, presentations and site visits
- Prepare proposals and commercial comparisons
- Support negotiations and transaction closures
- Maintain regular CRM and lead updates

Candidate Profile





- 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, coworking, managed offices or corporate sales
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad commercial real estate market
- Solid communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable with local travel
- Ability to guide and coordinate a team
- Two-wheeler preferred
