Manager – Air Freight Operations to lead and manage end-to-end Air Import & Export operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive freight forwarding experience, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Air Import & Air Export Operations.

- Manage shipment bookings, documentation, customs coordination, cargo movement, and final delivery.

- Ensure timely shipment execution and resolve operational issues proactively.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Air Freight Operations team.

- Ensure compliance with IATA, DGCA, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.

- Monitor operational costs, profitability, billing accuracy,



and vendor payments.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration or related field (IATA Certification Preferred)

Pay: ₹2,900,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
