We are looking for an experienced Manager – Analytical R&D; to play a pivotal role in driving analytical excellence and supporting process development, technology transfer, client interactions, and manufacturing through robust analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Responsibilities

- Drive innovation in analytical method development and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical activities with business objectives
- Evaluate and implement advanced analytical technologies to enhance laboratory capabilities and problem-solving efficiency
- Support technology transfer activities from development to manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless analytical method transfer and effective analytical knowledge transfer to Quality Control (QC) teams
- Identify process improvements that enhance analytical efficiency, compliance, and scientific excellence.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day Analytical R&D; laboratory operations.
- Oversee method development, validation, investigation studies, and testing activities.




- Ensure timely generation of high-quality analytical data to support development programs and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize laboratory resources, equipment utilization, and project timelines.
- Maintain compliance with GLP, regulatory requirements, data integrity standards, and laboratory safety practices.
- Ensure robust documentation, including analytical reports, protocols, and raw data records.
- Provide technical expertise in chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques, includi ng HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and GC

MS.

People Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytical scientists and researchers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive resource planning, performance management, and team development initiatives.
- Review and interpret analytical data to support project decision-making and successful outcomes

Qualifications & Experience.

- M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- M.Sc. with 13+ years of relevant Analytical R&D; experience.
- Ph.D. with 8+ years of relevant Analytical R&D; experience.
- Solid experience in analytical method development, validation, troubleshooting, and technology transfer.
- Prior experience in the CDMO industry is mandatory.
