Role Description This is a full time remote Manager role responsible for overseeing operational and strategic activities within the assigned business unit or function. The Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor daily workflows, ensuring that projects and tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role includes managing team performance, providing guidance and feedback, and fostering collaboration across departments. The Manager will analyze data and reports to support decision-making, drive process improvements, and align activities with company goals focused on delivering an exceptional welding experience.



The position also involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and customers, preparing updates and presentations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive operational and strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with customers.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations (welding or related fields is an advantage).

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating accountability, reliability, and self-motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
