Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Accounts operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.

- Ensure timely finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Skilled Tax and other statutory compliances.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations for management review.

- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, bank reconciliations and cash flow.

- Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

- Assist in budgeting, financial planning and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations and institutional policies.

- Supervise and guide the Accounts team to ensure timely completion of financial activities.

- Coordinate with HR,



Administration, Procurement, Admissions and other departments on finance-related matters.

- Support ERP implementation, process improvements and internal financial controls.

Preferred candidate profile

- M.Com / MBA (Finance).

- 10-15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Finalization of Accounts and Statutory Compliance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally and Advanced MS Excel.

- Experience in Educational Institutions or large organizations preferred.

- Good leadership, analytical and communication skills.
