Job Purpose

The role will primarily be responsible for financial accounting, fixed assets accounting, Ind AS reporting, MIS preparation, month-end and quarter-end closures, and SAP S/4 HANA FICO-related finance operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting fundamentals, analytical capability, and advanced Excel expertise.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

- Duties and Responsibilities - • Manage monthly and quarterly closing of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Ensure timely and accurate quarterly financial reporting as per Ind AS requirements.
- Handle fixed assets accounting in SAP S/4 HANA, including capitalization, asset transfers, depreciation accounting,



retirement/disposal of assets, and asset reconciliation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of fixed asset register and compliance with accounting and audit requirements.
- Support statutory audit, internal audit, and financial compliance processes.
- Work extensively on SAP S/4 HANA FICO module for accounting and reporting activities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business and management decision-making.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely closure and reporting activities.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and financial analysis required by management and auditors.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using advanced Excel and system capabilities
