Job Title: Manager - Account Management

Total experience: 5+ years of agency experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager Account Management to join the dentsu's client servicing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong digital background with exposure to integrated marketing campaigns and a working understanding of mainline advertising. This role requires managing day-to-day client relationships, driving campaign execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.

- Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

- Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Develop project timelines, manage campaign workflows, and ensure quality execution.

- Support campaign planning, client presentations, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.





- Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities.

- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.

- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and proactively resolve client queries.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or digital agency.

- Strong experience handling digital marketing campaigns, with exposure to social media, content, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.

- Basic understanding of mainline advertising.

- Excellent client management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
