- Operations:
- Manage day-to-day export and import shipment activities for international movements.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.

- Review shipping plans, commercial documents, and transportation requirements prior to dispatch.

- Monitor shipment status, resolve transit and clearance issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Maintain shipment records, tracking details, and logistics documentation in relevant systems.

- Support urgent/critical shipments and escalation management to minimize business disruption.

- - Trade Compliance
- Ensure shipments comply with applicable import/export laws, customs regulations, sanctions requirements, and internal trade compliance procedures.

- Review and validate shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, & MTCs.

- Verify product classification data, country of origin information & valuation inputs.

- Support screening requirements for customers, suppliers, countries, and end use where applicable.





- Maintain audit-ready records for customs and trade compliance purposes.

- Assist with responses to customs queries, documentation reviews, and post-shipment corrections.

- Manage and coordinate responses to consultative letters, show cause notices, and other customs-related litigation matters received from customs authorities.

- - Process Improvement
- Identify recurring issues in documentation, classification, clearance, and transportation execution.

- Drive continuous improvement actions to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

- Develop standard work, checklists, and operating procedures for shipment and compliance processes.

- Support audits, internal reviews, and corrective/preventive actions related to trade and customs compliance.
