Management Trainee – Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee from a premier business school (IIM preferred) to work closely with the top management in improving organizational performance, employee productivity, and operational efficiency. The role offers exposure to business operations, people management, process excellence, and strategic decision-making, providing a fast-track path to future leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build structured work planning and task management processes across the organization.
- Monitor employee activities, deliverables, and compliance through ERP and CRM systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure productivity, utilization, and operational effectiveness.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.




- Support management in driving accountability, process compliance, and execution excellence.
- Develop and monitor employee and departmental KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

Ideal Candidate

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working directly with senior leadership.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
