What You'll Experience

Over the course of the program, you'll work across multiple HR domains, including:

HR Operations

- Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to separation.
- Ensure HR documentation, compliance, and employee records are maintained accurately.
- Improve HR processes and service delivery.

HR Technology Systems
- Configure and maintain HRMS workflows, forms, policies, and approval processes.
- Support HR automation initiatives.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.

Compensation Benefits
- Support benefits administration and employee queries.
- Assist in compensation cycles, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Understand reward philosophy and employee benefits management.

Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Employee Engagement Culture




- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and communication campaigns.
- Help build a culture where people can thrive.

HR Business Partnering
- Work alongside HRBPs to understand business priorities.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and talent reviews.
- Gain exposure to strategic people decisions.

Learning Talent Development
- Coordinate learning interventions and leadership programs.
- Track learning effectiveness and capability development initiatives.

Strategic HR Projects
- Work on organization-wide HR initiatives.
- Use data and insights to recommend improvements.
- Present ideas and solutions to senior stakeholders.
