About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Graduate Trainees and Management Trainees to join our Business Development team as RFP Research Analysts.

In this role, you will research U.S. Government procurement portals, identify relevant business opportunities, analyze solicitation requirements, and prepare concise opportunity summaries to support bid qualification (Go/No-Go) decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who enjoy analytical work, online research, business analysis, and working in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Research U.S. Government and public procurement websites to identify relevant RFPs, RFIs, and contract opportunities.
- Review solicitation documents to understand scope, eligibility, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze opportunities based on business fit and predefined qualification criteria.
- Prepare clear and structured opportunity summaries for leadership review.
- Highlight key requirements, risks, submission deadlines, and important compliance points.




- Maintain opportunity trackers and research databases.
- Coordinate with proposal, sales, and leadership teams during the bid qualification process.
- Stay updated on new procurement opportunities and industry trends.

- Completed Graduation (Any Discipline) or MBA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and summarize large amounts of information.
- Logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a 3:00 PM 12:00 AM IST shift.
- Willing to work from our Hyderabad office.

- Strong English comprehension.
- Good MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Interest in business research, market research, consulting, or proposal management.
