Position: Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Role & Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliance at project sites.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety training for site personnel.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure implementation of effective control measures.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE plans, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, work at height, excavation, confined space, electrical works, and heavy equipment operations.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and maintain emergency preparedness at project sites.
- Prepare HSE reports, MIS, safety statistics, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.




- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 510 years of HSE experience in reputed EPC, Infrastructure, Foundation Engineering, or Construction companies.
- Mandatory: Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety, ADIS, PDIS, or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
- Sound knowledge of HSE regulations, construction safety standards, and risk management.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and safety training.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HSE reporting systems is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.
