Branch Sales Manager - LAP
Location: Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business at the branch level.
- Achieve sales targets through DST/DSA channels.
- Recruit, train & manage sales team productivity.
- Ensure quality sourcing & smooth login-to-disbursement process.
- Coordinate with Credit, Ops & Legal teams for timely closures.
- Monitor portfolio quality & ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in LAP/Secured Loan sales.
- Target achievement skills.
- Positive communication, negotiation & MS Office skills.
- Own vehicle preferred.
