Role & responsibilities

. DevOps Enablement & Team Support

- Guide development teams on AWS DevOps best practices and cloud-native architecture.
- Assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
- Ensure alignment with security, scalability, and reliability standards.

2. Automation & Code Quality

- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- Review CI/CD pipeline configurations for efficiency, security, and maintainability.
- Promote reusable, modular, and version-controlled automation scripts.

3. Release Management

- Coordinate and manage release cycles using AWS CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, or third-party tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with QA, development,



and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
- Maintain rollback strategies and deployment health checks.

4. Issue Resolution & Operational Support

- Act as the escalation point for deployment failures, infrastructure outages, and pipeline issues.
- Monitor and resolve incidents using tools like Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and third-party integrations (e.g., Datadog, ELK).

5. Knowledge Sharing & Documentation

- Contribute to DevOps playbooks, reusable templates, and onboarding guides.

Document CI/CD workflows, infrastructure diagrams, and operational procedures.
