Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee our residential construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in office, ensuring that projects are executed accurately according to architectural drawings, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, managing on-site labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries for residential developments.

* Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to guide execution.

* Quality & Safety Control: Monitor workmanship to ensure construction meets design specifications, residential building codes, and safety standards.

* Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, track project milestones, and report progress or delays to project managers.

* Troubleshooting:



Identify site issues or structural discrepancies early and coordinate with designers or architects to resolve them.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Education: Graduation/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a Site Engineer on residential projects (e.g., apartments, villas, housing complexes).

* Transport: Must own a personal two-wheeler for daily commuting and site visits.

* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of residential construction methods, finishes, structural details, and material testing. Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly preferred.

* Key Skills: Excellent leadership, site management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
