Position Overview:

The Senior Immigration Coordinator will be responsible for providing expert counseling to clients inquiring about Permanent Residency (PR) visas for Canada and Australia. This role involves managing client interactions, understanding their immigration needs, offering strategic guidance on various visa options, and driving client conversions to achieve assigned targets. The Senior Immigration Coordinator will also mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Client Counseling & Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on PR visa options for Canada and Australia tailored to individual client profiles.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and guide them through the immigration process.
- Offer personalized global career strategies to help clients make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
- Client Interaction & Conversion:
- Manage client interactions through virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Take ownership of leads received through the organization s software and conduct telephonic sessions to convert inquiries into active cases.
- Meet and exceed assigned targets for client conversions, visa applications, and service uptake.




- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping for each client case.
- Provide transparent, accurate, and up-to-date information based on current immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Perform fair and thorough evaluations of client profiles to determine eligibility for PR programs.
- Team Leadership & Support:
- Mentor and support junior immigration coordinators, providing guidance on best practices and complex cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide continuous support to clients until the commencement of case processing and follow through until successful case closure.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Proactively respond to client queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the immigration journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client engagement.
