We're looking for a high-performing admissions professional who can drive 50+ student enrolments per month for our Pharma Job Readiness Programs.
Role & responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Counsel students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build partnerships with colleges, placement cells, and student communities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases, seminars, and outreach.
- Own the end-to-end admission process.
Preferred candidate profile
- 7+ years in admissions, counselling, or education sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Solid college network and student outreach experience.
- Proven record of consistently achieving admission targets.
