Role Summary: Were seeking a handson Timekeeping Systems Analyst with strong expertise in time & attendance systems and a solid IT background. This role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, along with participation in future system implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure systems: Rules, policies, workflows
- Translate requirements into system logic
- Troubleshoot issues independently
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors
- Maintain SOPs and workflows
- Support system selection, upgrades, and implementations (UKG/Kronos, Workday)
- Drive system improvements and optimization
Key Skills:
- Workforce management systems expertise
- Handson configuration of rules & policies
- Robust IT problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of HR/payroll processes
- Experience with UKG (Kronos), Workday or similar platforms
- Exposure to system implementation/migration projects
- Basic project management skills
