Strategy and Product Management

- Define the B2B product roadmap, prioritizing features based on partner demand, market trends, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for B2B enhancements and current service offerings.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to understand partner needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Own the B2B documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and easy for external B2B developers to consume.

B2B Development and Operations

- Work closely with Tech teams to design, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance B2B hotel products (e.g., search, booking, inventory, pricing).
- Monitor B2B performance,



availability, and reliability,ensure region wise contribution
- Ensure the B2B platform adheres to security standards, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.

Partner and Developer Relations

- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and integration support for key hotel partners and Business Team.
- Gather feedback from the market, aggregators, Travel Agents community and internal stakeholders to inform future Plan and improvements

Business Goals

- Ensure the B2B team delivers AOP numbers Hotels by spreading across the regions.
- Study and Develop product and as per market requirements of each region
