- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.

- Experience with cloud-based human capital management solutions and their integration.

- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with customizing and extending Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
