Title: QA QC Engineer
Location: Delhi
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech and Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Department: Quality Control Third Party Quality Inspection
Experience Required: Minimum 5 - 8 years (Residential Mivan high-rise residential & conventional
construction projects)
ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional
projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
Prepare ITPs,
MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications. Identify non-conformances and
recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues. Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit
documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in Mivan shuttering and conventional construction.
Robust knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes.
Proficient in report preparation and NCR management.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
ISO/QMS knowledge preferred.
