Job Summary

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

What you'll do

- Manage new and existing individual rooms reservations through telephone, email, and website reservations.
- Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Keep an eye on our booking channels.
- Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.
- Work with corporate clients/bookers and agents.
- Communicate with the front office and restaurant teams to facilitate the guests stay.
- Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.

- Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred but not mandatory - we can teach you everything you need to know about the world of hotel reservations.
- 0-2 years of hotel reservations or Front Office experience.
- You're excellent with computers and on the phone.
- Passion for exceeding guests' expectations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise work and ask for clarification when needed.
