Job Description:-
- Understanding & analyzing the job description/Job requirements given by the clients.
- Responsible for sourcing/Headhunting.
- Taking regular follow ups with the candidates in process for the given requirement.
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and advantages of the job.
