- The guest experience and your team are at the heart of everything you do. Together with the Director of Food & Beverage, you are responsible for creating an exceptional and personalized experience for our guests.
- Take ownership of the hotel restaurant, maximizing profitability while ensuring outstanding service and the highest quality of food and beverages.
- Support the Associate Director of Food & Beverage in developing, implementing, and managing the departments annual objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Manage operating expenses in line with budget guidelines, analyze performance data, and make a significant contribution to the teams success.
- Manage, coach, and develop the team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, keeping your team motivated and empowered to deliver the best Hoxton experiences while encouraging them to ask questions and grow.
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Food & Beverage and The Hoxton brand team to implement new initiatives and projects.
- Drive revenue through effective planning, commercial initiatives, and incentives, while maintaining a strong understanding of the reservation system and guest preferences.
- Monitor costs closely and identify effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar outlet management position within a dynamic and vibrant setting.
- You have experience with budgeting and forecasting and understand the financial requirements of running a successful Food & Beverage operation.
- You are able to manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets and can analyse results in detail to identify trends and opportunities.
- You have a keen eye for detail, even under pressure. You can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without ever losing sight of the bigger picture.
