About the Role

Hentech Engineering Solution is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Manufacturing and Industrial B2B Sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, leading high-performing sales teams, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

- Drive B2B sales and close high-value industrial projects and contracts.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reports for management.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.





- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech is mandatory.

- 15-20 years of experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Sales.

- Prior experience in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.

- Strong network within the manufacturing and industrial sector will be an added advantage.
