- Understanding Client requirement
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Job portal, social platforms and professional networks)
- Making calls and scheduling candidates for the interview
- Regular follow ups with the Candidates and Client / Account Manager
- Generating daily line ups
- Willing to work as an individual contributor
