Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
- Requirements:
- 03 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic MS Office knowledge

Salary:

1.5 LPA – 3.0 LPA (depending on experience)
