Job Description

ResultsCX is hiring Customer Support Associates for our US Healthcare Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in Healthcare BPO or related domains who possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services.
- Assist customers with patient care, pharmacy support, claims, grievances, and appeals.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
- Adhere to healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations, including HIPAA.

Required Skills:

- Fresher & Experience in Healthcare BPO or a similar domain.
- Typing speed of at least 28 WPM with 98% accuracy.
- English proficiency at B1H level or above.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Shift Details:

- Shift window between 3:00 PM - 10:00 AM (Rotational) - May differ during training.
- Rotational Week Offs
- Experience: Fresher - 4 Years
