Role & responsibilities

- To provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team across the full software development lifecycle.
- Lead API design and development, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
- Make architectural decisions and define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with clients, product owners/business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Clearly articulate technical concepts, risks, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach team members through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving.
- Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation,



and adoption of modern technologies and frameworks.

- Proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and SQL
- Hands-on experience with the Dropwizard framework
- Robust expertise in API design and development
- Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Experience designing, developing, and managing services
- Working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect effective solutions for complex challenges
- Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit
