Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations across university facilities. This role includes planning and assigning work to maintenance staff, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of equipment, and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

The Maintenance

Supervisor monitors building systems, conducts inspections, addresses urgent breakdowns,



and liaises with vendors and contractors for specialized services. The role also involves maintaining safety standards, managing maintenance records, optimizing use of tools and materials, and supporting campus events and activities by ensuring facilities are operational and compliant.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.

Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to manage and support the upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan and execute routine inspections and servicing schedules.

Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.

Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience in facility maintenance in educational, institutional, or large campus environments is preferred.

Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards, along with the ability to maintain documentation and reports.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders.
