Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Maintenance to lead Line Maintenance and Vehicle Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance across the production shop. The role is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of manufacturing lines through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance while supporting uninterrupted vehicle production. The incumbent will lead maintenance teams, drive TPM initiatives, improve equipment reliability, and ensure optimum performance of production assets.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead maintenance activities for vehicle manufacturing and assembly lines.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
- Manage maintenance of assembly lines, robotic systems, conveyors, automated equipment, torque tools, and material handling systems.
- Drive TPM, OEE improvement, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.




- Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, machine uptime, and PM compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of current production equipment.
- Manage maintenance documentation, spare parts planning, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong experience in line maintenance within Automotive or EV manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, robotics, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and automated assembly equipment.
- Expertise in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, FMEA, and SAP PM/CMMS.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
