Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for warehouse infrastructure and equipment.

- Ensure uninterrupted operation of warehouse utilities, including electrical systems, HVAC, DG sets, lighting, plumbing, compressors, and fire protection systems.

- Oversee maintenance of material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, dock levelers, hydraulic lifts, conveyors, and racking systems.

- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize equipment downtime.

- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

- Monitor maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.

- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintain accurate maintenance records.





- Conduct routine inspections of warehouse facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, fire safety norms, and EHS requirements.

- Lead safety initiatives, maintenance audits, and corrective action plans.

- Coordinate with warehouse operations to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.

- Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and support staff while ensuring quality of work.

- Prepare maintenance reports, equipment performance metrics, and monthly dashboards for management.
