Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate plant maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Supervise a team of mechanics, technicians, and engineers to achieve production goals while ensuring safety standards are met.
- Analyze data from sensors, monitoring systems, and other sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in plant operations.
Job Requirements :
- 8-13 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
- Robust knowledge of industrial automation principles, including PLC programming languages (e.g., Allen-Bradley).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Excel or specialized software.
