WhatsApp: +91 89398 58405 Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to lead the plant maintenance function at our manufacturing facility in Oragadam, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, utilities management, equipment reliability, TPM, and plant engineering. The role requires a proactive leader capable of improving machine uptime, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete maintenance operations of the manufacturing plant. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules. Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime.
Maintain utilities including compressors, DG sets, HVAC, electrical systems, and water systems. Supervise mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance activities. Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan annual maintenance budgets and control maintenance costs. Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for smooth plant operations. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team for operational excellence.

Strong leadership experience in handling maintenance teams.
Experience in plastic, automotive, engineering, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
