Role Description The Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, safety, and smooth functioning of restaurant facilities and equipment at the Hyderabad location. This full-time, on-site role includes performing routine inspections, scheduling and monitoring preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs with internal teams and external vendors.

The role involves responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventories.

The Maintenance

Executive will work closely with operations and management to minimize downtime,



support uninterrupted restaurant service, and optimize maintenance costs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess practical skills in general facility maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintenance planning and coordination, including preventive maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and work order tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in safety and compliance, including adherence to occupational health and safety standards, statutory requirements, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and collaboration, including clear reporting, coordination with operations teams, and professional interaction with service providers.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management and problem-solving, including prioritizing tasks, handling emergencies, and making sound, cost-effective decisions.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or facility management is preferred; prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail maintenance is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, perform hands-on tasks, and be available for occasional extended or flexible hours as required.
