We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Facility Manager to manage the operation andmaintenance of critical building services in commercial facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-onexperience in electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with minimumdowntime.

Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain critical MEP systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all assigned equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.

Monitor equipment performance and maintain shift logs, checklists, and maintenance records.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.





Respond promptly to emergencies and support business continuity during shifts.

- Chillers

- Transformers

Preferred Skills Experience in Maintenance of

- HVAC Systems
- HT/LT Panels
- STP/WTP
- Electrical Distribution Systems

Eligibility Experience 3–6 years in Facility Management, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Hospitals, or LargeResidential Townships. Qualification Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
