Machine Operators – Automated Filling & Packaging Lines

Location: Chopanki, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

S-CCI India Private Limited is one of India’s leading manufacturers of automotive coolants, brake fluids and lubricants, supplying Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) including Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, MG and Tata Motors.

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for technically competent Diploma Engineers to join our highly automated manufacturing facility.

Position

Machine Operator – Automated Filling & Packaging Lines

Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Production Engineering.

Experience

- 2–5 years’ experience operating automated filling, packaging or process machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in the automotive, lubricants, chemicals, FMCG, beverages or pharmaceutical industries will be preferred.

Responsibilities





- Operate and optimise fully automated filling and packaging lines.
- Perform machine setup, product changeovers and line adjustments.
- Monitor PLC/HMI-controlled equipment and respond to machine alarms.
- Carry out first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Maintain the highest standards of product quality, safety and housekeeping.
- Take ownership of machine performance and minimise downtime.

We believe the best engineers lead from the shop floor.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You should enjoy working with machines, solving problems, making adjustments and continuously improving productivity. We are looking for engineers who are equally comfortable using a spanner, a laptop and an HMI screen whenever the situation demands.
