Adobe Content Intelligence builds models and pipelines that connect creative signals from images, video, email, and paid social ads to campaign outcomes. This role focuses on machine learning systems for creative understanding across vision, video, and language.

Experience

- Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or PhD and 2+ years, or equivalent depth of impact

- Shipped ML models to production with measurable product or business impact

- Comfort taking a significant, well-scoped problem and running with it independently with light day-to-day direction

Responsibilities

- Build and train models for creative understanding across vision, video, and language

- Build labels and features from LLMs, subject-matter experts, and user activity data

- Deliver pipelines for ingestion, featurization, training, versioning, and inference at scale

- Validate models with offline benchmarks and online A/B tests before release

- Operate production ML on Spark, Kubernetes, and GPU/CPU environments

- Collaborate with product managers, research scientists, and engineers at Adobe

- Link ML work to customer value such as performance insights, brand-aware recommendations, and agent workflow context

- Develop relationships across teams, including outside the immediate group

- Own significant pieces of the system end to end from building through training, deployment, and iteration

- Exercise independent judgment on methods and techniques to achieve the goal

- Mentor junior engineers as the role expands
