Responsibilities

- As a Lead ML engineer your areas of expertise include taking lead in driving ML based products from conceptualisation to product realization. You have a passion for hands-on development of ML models, putting quality first, delivering an exceptional experience to Customers, and drive efficiency through the creation of extendable and re-usable service components.

- You will also ensure that the components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. If required, you must be willing to wear any of the other hats that is required to make the project successful and always ready to learn new technology on the fly and deliver the results.

Educational & Required Qualifications

- Experience in Machine learning, deep learning and Large language models.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Machine learning and data modelling

- Must have proficiency in ML model development using TensorFlow, PyTorch and ML libraries.

- Proficient in Generative AI and agentic AI and should be well versed with automation

- Must have experience with agentic AI platforms like Glean and agent bricks

- Must have good exposure to FastAPI and RESTful services





- Must have 6+ years of experience with statistics and analytics on large volume of data

- Valuable knowledge of Data structures and design patterns.

- 6+ years of experience in any databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo).

- Experience of deploying application using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience in development and productionising of machine learning applications.

- Experience in streaming technologies such as Kafka and Kinesis stream.

- Expertise in Python, FastAPI, SQL

- Experience in leading the project from end to end.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- Experience leading and mentoring team members to help grow to their full potential.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Familiarity with code versioning tools: Azure Git.

- Exposure to retail industry
