- Operate and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads

- Provide 3rd-line support for complex incidents and platform issues

- Design and implement PowerShell automation and operational improvements

- Contribute to platform architecture, standardization, and integration patterns

- Support service rollouts, migrations, and project-to-run transitions

- Enforce access governance, security controls, and compliance standards

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational models

- Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

- Solid PowerShell scripting skills for automation, provisioning, and reporting

- Understanding of cloud platform operations, monitoring, and performance tuning

- Experience with platform engineering and infrastructure concepts

- Familiarity with ITIL-based operations and incident/change processes

- Nice to Have
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 Copilot

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integrations
