Roles & Responsibilities

- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Manage hybrid identity infrastructure integrating Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex M365 and identity-related incidents within production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring operational issues and implement preventive measures.
- Manage user lifecycle processes, identity governance, access reviews, and provisioning workflows.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain security controls across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
- Plan and execute tenant configuration changes, migrations, upgrades, and service improvements while ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Assess risks associated with changes and ensure adherence to change management processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and support teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and technical standards.
- Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for complex M365, Exchange, Intune,



and identity-related issues.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Hybrid Identity architecture.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, AD Connect/Cloud Sync, and federated authentication.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online administration and mail flow troubleshooting.
- Experience managing Microsoft Intune and endpoint compliance policies.
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and PIM.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender and M365 security capabilities.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments.
