Experience expectations

- 1-3 years of experience in a low code, application development, automation, data, or

technology-related role.
- Experience supporting delivery of applications, workflows, dashboards, or

automation solutions within project, product, or operational environments.
- Exposure to one or more low code development platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft

Power Platform, Appian, or similar.
- Awareness of Copilot Studio and how conversational or AI-enabled experiences can

support business processes.
- Experience working with business requirements, user stories, process diagrams,

testing activities, and solution documentation.
- Knowledge and experience with data query or programming languages such as

SQL, C#, Java, Python, or similar.




- Exposure to cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform,

or AWS.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management, environments, releases, version

control, and basic software delivery practices.
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks while seeking guidance when

required.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop technical, delivery, and consulting

skills
