Ghai Transport Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Logistics Operations & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day transport operations while also developing current business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations.

- Plan vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery of shipments.

- Communicate with drivers, clients, and vendors regarding shipment status.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates, and close sales.

- Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, and referrals.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.

- Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly.

- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.

- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and record maintenance.

- Work closely with the operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
