Role Description The Logistics Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Vishakhapatnam. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of materials and resources that support immigration and visa consulting operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing inventory levels, managing procurement of office and operational supplies, coordinating with external vendors, and optimizing logistics workflows to ensure smooth service delivery.

The Logistics

Manager will track shipments, maintain accurate records, and collaborate closely with consultants and customer service teams to ensure that documentation, materials, and resources are available when needed.



The role also involves analyzing logistics performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end movement and coordination of materials and services.

Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement to ensure adequate stock levels, cost-effective purchasing, and timely resource availability.

Experience in Customer Service to support internal stakeholders and contribute to a smooth client experience through reliable logistics operations.

Ability to use logistics and inventory software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to track data and generate insights.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Prior experience in service-oriented or consulting environments is an advantage.
