What you ll do

- Leads the Reservations function, drives commercial performance, and manages the team
- Strategic, operational, commercial, and people management responsibilities.
- Makes operational decisions, resolves complex issues, and improves processes.
- Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.
- Owns reservation performance, inventory optimization, forecasting, and revenue contribution
- Partners with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Hotel Leadership
- Leads, coaches, schedules, and develops the Reservations team.
- Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.

- 3-5+ years of hotel reservations experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience leading teams, analysing reports and driving commercial performance.
- You take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
- Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also versatile and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
